Cara Fairfax
The day-to-day grind of caring for an infant, toddler, or young child can make you feel a little nuts. You wonder if you’re doing a good job and if it’s ever going to get easier. Sometimes you even fantasize about running away (or going to a local San Diego hotel to sleep for 24 hours). You’re over-touched, tired, and just not sure of yourself and it’s all taking a toll on you, your kids, and your relationship.
If you’re worried about your baby or little one, I’ve got you there too. Working with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, along with their parents, is one of my favorite things. Therapy with children under 5 years old is different than therapy with older children. Check out my page on Therapy for Children to learn more about the different types of therapy I offer depending on your child’s age and developmental needs.
I love helping parents fall in love with and enjoy their babies and young children. I want you to wake in the morning and think to yourself “I’ve got this!”
