High-conflict Parenting Cohort

The High-conflict Parenting Cohort is a small group of 5 to 6 parents who are co-parenting with a difficult person. The cohort is a combination of psychoeducation and support and helps like-minded parents better understand the 'Why?' of difficult behavior in both their children and their co-parent.

Gaining an understanding of the psychology behind problematic behavior helps you gain perspective, plan and utilize coping tools, support your children better and manage a toxic relationship with your co-parent with greater confidence.

Cohorts are offered weekly over 4 weeks on Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 PM (6 hours total). Half of the session will be psychoeducation, and the other half is an opportunity for parents to ask questions, share successes, and feel seen by others who understand.  Join in person or virtually.
